Shipping and Product Care Policy
We are not liable for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched to the carrier. Any estimated delivery times provided are for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier errors, customs delays, or weather conditions. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at the time of purchase. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within [X days] of the delivery date.
Temperature Sensitivity
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sensitive to both high and low temperatures. To preserve the quality of the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure it is retrieved immediately upon delivery.
Products should not be left outside for extended periods in hot or cold weather. If exposed to extreme temperatures, the oil's quality may be compromised, and the company will not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper handling after delivery.
Customers are advised to allow the product to return to room temperature gradually if exposed to cold conditions during transit.
Return Policy
At Olio Piro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
Unopened Products: Any unopened products can be returned for a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping to and from you. This applies even if your order initially qualified for free shipping.
You have the option to ship the product back at your own expense or request a return shipping label from us. If you choose the latter, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Opened Extra Virgin Olive Oil Products: We understand that you might want to taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to ensure its quality. Therefore, we offer a refund for one opened Extra Virgin Olive Oil product per customer, per year.
If you return an order containing multiple Extra Virgin Olive Oil bottles, we will refund only one opened bottle and any unopened bottles returned.
Opened Balsamic Products: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for opened Balsamic products. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team with any concerns you may have about your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@olio-piro.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and specify whether you will be shipping the product back at your own cost or would like to request a return shipping label.
Refund Process

International Shipments
For our valued customers placing international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees associated with the entry of the goods into your country.
