Piro will replace all aging stock two months before its best-by date, upon request.
To qualify, the retailer should contact us and place a replacement order for at least the same number of units as those being returned.
Once the replacement order is shipped and received, the retailer is responsible for shipping back the aging stock (you may re-use Piro’s packaging for the return).
Upon receipt of the returned goods, Piro will issue a credit on the replacement order equal to the amount originally paid per unit for the aging stock.
Shipping costs apply to all replacement orders.
