Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamics aren’t just gifts—they’re a statement.
Add a personal note and choose exactly when it arrives. Because a gift like this deserves more than just a delivery—it deserves ceremony.
The Grand Collection brings three bottles together in a gift box: a 500ml bottle of Piro and two Bonini condiments, Gustoso, aged eight years, and Affinato, aged twelve. One oil and two condiments, enough to carry a meal from the first course to dessert.
The executive gift. For a client, a partner or a milestone worth marking. A considered alternative to wine, right for recipients who don't drink, with a story that holds up at the table and a presence in the kitchen that lasts for weeks.
The cook. For someone who cooks with care and finishes with intent: a last pour of the oil poured at Eleven Madison Park, a few drops of an aged condiment, a plate that tastes more like itself.
The person who has everything. Three distinct flavors to taste side by side, and a reason to set the table.
It is the fullest of our gift sets. Compared with The Heritage Pairing, it adds Affinato, the oldest condiment in our gift sets. If the recipient would prefer condiments alone, see The Condimento Trilogy.
Details on the box, a personal note and delivery dates are in the Gift Details section below.
Start with Piro over burrata or roasted vegetables. Bring Gustoso to grilled meats and aged cheeses. End with Affinato over fresh berries, or with Piro over vanilla ice cream.
Piro opens with fresh-cut grass, tomato leaf and artichoke, and ends with a long, peppery finish. Gustoso adds depth and balance. Affinato, the most complex of the three, is a finishing touch for cheese and dessert.
Piro has won gold at the New York International Olive Oil Competition every year since 2020 and was named Best in the World by Flos Olei in 2021. It has been featured in Food & Wine, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Piro is USDA Organic and Kosher, and the Bonini condiments are Kosher.
Each set lists its contents in the description above. Every set arrives in a black gift box of corrugated board, designed to carry the bottles safely to their destination.

Yes. Our gift sets are a considered alternative to wine: right for guests who don't drink, and a gift that stays in the kitchen for weeks rather than a single evening.
Piro and Cucino are USDA Organic and Kosher certified, and the Bonini condiments are Kosher certified. View the Kosher certificates. (opens in a new tab)
Store the olive oil and the condiments in a cool, dark place, away from the stove and direct sunlight, with the cap closed between uses. None of them need refrigeration, and the olive oil should stay out of the fridge.
Every bottle of Piro and Cucino carries its harvest date and lot number. Piro keeps its peak quality for at least 24 months from milling, but it is made to be enjoyed every day, not saved for a special occasion. The Bonini condiments keep for years when stored well, and taste their best within a few years of opening.
Yes. You can send to a team or a client list on your own, each recipient with a personal message. For a printed card in each box, or help planning a larger order, contact us at corporategifting@olio-piro.com.
Pour Piro and you'll notice the difference. Here is what goes into it.
| Detail | Piro | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Cultivars | Five, led by Olivastra Seggianese, native to the area, with Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Coratina | A blend built around a local olive gives Piro its character |
| Harvest | Picked early, while the olives are still green | The source of the green, peppery flavor |
| Harvest to press | Cold-pressed within hours of harvest | Less time between tree and mill keeps the aromas intact |
| Polyphenols (lab data) | 600 mg/kg | Behind the bitterness and the long, peppery finish of early-harvest oil |
| Acidity (lab data) | 0.18% | Extra virgin olive oil can measure up to 0.8% |
| Filtration | Double filtration, developed with Italy's National Research Council (CNR) | Clarity of flavor |
| Bottling | Under nitrogen, in UV-resistant tempered glass from the Dolomites, with an anti-oxidation cap | Protects the oil from light and air |
| On every bottle | Harvest date and lot number | You know exactly what you are pouring |
| Peak quality | At least 24 months from milling | The same taste it had at the mill |

Time changes a condiment. The same craft, left to age for three, eight or twelve years, gives three different characters. The description above shows which of them this set includes.
| Detail | Vivace | Gustoso | Affinato |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aged | 3 years | 8 years | 12 years |
