
For the second year in a row, the Piro team had the pleasure of joining the vibrant Cherry Bombe Jubilee community; this time in New York City for Jubilee NYC 2026, following our successful participation at Jubilee Los Angeles in 2025.
Hosted by Cherry Bombe at The Glasshouse in Manhattan, Jubilee is the organization’s premier annual conference, a dedicated day celebrating women and creatives who are leading the way in the world of food and drink.
The entire Piro team, including CEO Marie-Charlotte Piro and Director of Production Romain Piro, attended the event to represent the brand and engage with the industry’s leading voices. More than a traditional food event, Jubilee is a beautiful day of connection and community, creating space for meeting other thoughtful food folks and encouraging inspired dialogue around sourcing and craftsmanship.
At the Bombesquad Booth during the Welcome Reception, Olio Piro shared its signature Cold-Pressed Extra-Virgin Olive Oil + Balsamic Glow Shot with attendees, offering a sensory experience as meaningful as it is delicious.
This Glow Shot was designed as a tribute to nourishment and mindful eating, serving as a live demonstration of our food with purpose philosophy. Attendees experienced the bold character of Olio Piro: our internationally award-winning luxury olive oils from Italy, made from early harvest olives and rich in polyphenols. Revered for its vibrant aroma and healthful properties, this polyphenol-rich olive oil delivers a daily dose of monounsaturated fats that support bone health, gut health, and immune function.
It was perfectly complemented by the silken texture and complex notes of fruit, wood, and warmth found in Bonini’s 3 year aged balsamic vinegar of Modena.

Throughout the day, the team shared our production philosophy, freshness, purity, and a deep respect for the integrity of the olive. As many culinary professionals in attendance noted, the vibrant, peppery finish makes Piro the best Tuscan EVOO for drizzling over artisanal dishes to elevate the everyday dining experience.
The 2026 speaker lineup served as a powerful testament to the evolving energy of today’s culinary world, blending tradition with modern influence. Conversations featured a diverse array of visionaries, including digital culinary sensation Nara Smith, known for her meticulously crafted, from-scratch philosophy; Sophia Roe, the James Beard Award-winning chef and advocate who bridges the gap between food and wellness; and Toni Tipton-Martin, the legendary food historian and author whose work honors the rich legacy of Black cooks in America. Their collective voices highlighted the industry's shift toward radical transparency and storytelling, values that sit at the very core of our mission at Olio Piro.
Returning to Jubilee for the second year marked another significant milestone in our continued presence within communities that celebrate thoughtful sourcing and uncompromised craftsmanship. For us, the event was more than a conference; it was a homecoming to a group of people who understand that a bottle of olive oil is not just an ingredient, but a reflection of the soil and the hands that tended it.
We are profoundly grateful to the Cherry Bombe team, the incredibly supportive Bombesquad community, and every attendee who stopped by to explore our Glow Shots, connect with our founders, and celebrate the future of hospitality. We left The Glasshouse inspired by the shared passion for an elevated, more intentional food culture.
