Celebrating its tenth anniversary, this landmark event marked a decade of partnership with Chef Thomas Keller and a decade of bringing together the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) community to raise crucial scholarship funds for future culinary and hospitality professionals.

A Two-Day Celebration of Hospitality in Napa Valley

The event gathered leaders from across the food, beverage, wine, and hospitality industries in support of the next generation of culinary talent. The two-day schedule featured:

  • Day 1 (CIA at Greystone): An elegant reception, an extraordinary dinner curated by Chef Thomas Keller, and a live auction.
  • Day 2 (Silverado Resort): The annual golf tournament, continuing a tradition that has become one of the CIA's premier fundraising events.

The 2026 classic was a resounding success, welcoming:

  • Nearly 275 dinner guests
  • 128 golfers
