At the heart of every set is Piro, the organic, early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany that siblings Romain and Marie-Charlotte Piro set out to make for their own table. It has won gold at the New York International Olive Oil Competition every year since 2020, was named Best in the World by Flos Olei in 2021, and is poured at Eleven Madison Park. Some sets pair it with Bonini condiments aged up to twelve years. Every set is a FINRA-compliant corporate gift, priced within FINRA Rule 3220's annual gift limit for business-related gifts.
